Tagliatelle With Cream, Smoked Bacon And Mushrooms



– 1/2 Onion

– 25gr Butter

– 200gr Field Mushrooms

– 400gr Tagliatelle

– 200ml Vegetable Stock

– 100ml White Wine

– 100gr Chopped Smoked Bacon

– 1 clove Garlic

– 5 large Leaves Basil

– 150ml Cream


Cook the tagliatelle until al dente. Drain, refresh and set aside. Melt the butter in a frying pan and fry the garlic, onion and smoked bacon over a medium-high heat. Add the mushrooms, fry and deglaze with white wine. Add the vegetable stock and reduce by half. Add the cream and the tagliatelle. Season and heat gently until the pasta is hot. Remove from the heat and finish with butter and finely chopped basil.
